How to make a complaint

A person may complain to the Secretary about the conduct of a member of the Society.

The complaint must be made in writing and include the complainant’s name, contact details, and details of the matter of complaint.

The Secretary will give any reasonable assistance that is necessary in the circumstances to enable a person who wishes to make a complaint to put the complaint in writing.
